Typically, items are handcrafted and dispatched within 3-5 working days of order confirmation. Bulk or corporate orders may take longer; we'll confirm the exact timeline with you on WhatsApp.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping charges (if any) and any free-shipping threshold are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart value and are shown before you place your order.
Every order is packed with care using shock-safe, fragile-friendly packaging suited to acrylic and wooden products, to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
We currently ship across India. If you need delivery outside India, please contact us to check feasibility and shipping cost.
