Because most of our products are handmade and customized specifically for you, our refund and cancellation process works a little differently from off-the-shelf retail. Please read below.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or repair at our cost once the issue is verified.
If we made an error in your name, text, color, or other customization details compared to what you approved, we will remake the item free of charge. Please report this within 48 hours of delivery.
As our products are handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an item has been crafted and dispatched, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Approved refunds for cancelled, pre-production orders are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or adjusted against a future order at your preference.
Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We aim to resolve every case within 3-5 business days.
